On the 16th of July a meeting took place that was organized by the European Regional Office of WFTU and the TUI of Public Sector for the workers in the Health Sector.
The main topics of the discussion were the situation the workers in the Health sector faced and still are facing, the common coordination of the actions, the initiatives that will be developed for the struggle for exclusively Public and Free Health System, by hiring permanent medical and nursing staff with full employment rights as well as the 75 years of WFTU.
The meeting was attended by unions from Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Portugal, France and the Basque country.
