Solidarity with the persecuted trade unionist Timothee Esprit

Eurof WFTU expresses its full solidarity and sympathy with the FNIC CGT against the dismissal of comrade trade union delegate Timothee Esprit for his work in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Eurof demands the immediate withdrawal of the dismissal and condemns the attempt to intimidate and repress workers who stand in solidarity with the Palestinian people who are suffering genocide at the hands of the State of Israel with the complicity of Western governments.

Eurof calls on all WFTU member unions in Europe and around the world to concretely express solidarity with Timothee Esprit for her immediate return to work.

NO MORE REPRESSION, NO MORE DISMISSALS

SOLIDARITY WITH TIMOTHEE ESPRIT AND THE FNIC CGT

The USB demands the immediate withdrawal of the dismissal of comrade Timothee Esprit, CGT FNIC union delegate,

who was shot for expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people, who for months have been subjected to a genocidal massacre by the army and the state of Israel.

It is unacceptable that in the face of the ongoing genocide in Palestine, which is being politically covered up by all Western governments, trade unionists fighting to end the genocide are being targeted.

The USB expresses its total solidarity with Timothee and the FNIC CGT and calls on everyone to be vigilant and to mobilise against repression and political dismissals.

PAME expresses its solidarity with the trade unionist Timothee Esprit, member of the leadership of FNIC CGT France, who was laid off because of his solidarity with the people of Palestine.

The FNIC CGT is calling for a big protest on Wednesday 8 January, in the city of Pau, demanding the withdrawal of the dismissal and an end to the persecution of trade union action.

The genocide in Gaza, by the murderous state of Israel, is being carried out with the support of the US-NATO-EU, governments and companies that are trying in every way to silence any voice that opposes the crime.

Trade unions and unionists fighting for peace and expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people are targeted, slandered, attacked and persecuted in every way throughout the world.

The dismissal of the trade unionist Timothee Esprit is an attack on trade unions fighting for wage increases and the protection of labour rights. It is an attack on the trade unions that are resisting the imperialists’ plans and wars for peace for the peoples.

We strengthen our solidarity with the people of Palestine!

We support the trade unionists who are being persecuted for their action!

PAME

The Trade Union Association of Bohemia, Moravia, Silesia expresses deep solidarity and support for trade unionist Timothée Esprit, a member of the leadership of the FNIC CGT France trade union headquarters, who was dismissed from his job for expressing solidarity and support for the people of Palestine.

We perceive that the genocide committed against the Palestinian people by the state of Israel is happening with the open support of the USA, the European Union and most of its member states. NATO also plays a role in supporting the aggressive war policy of the state of Israel.

It is a matter of serious reflection that the persecuted are trade unionists who fight for peace and express solidarity with the Palestinian peace in its difficult test. However, the ruling elites of the imperialist world are trying by all means to silence every voice of disagreement with their aggressive war policy.

We therefore support the protest called for January 8 in the city of Pau, demanding the withdrawal of the dismissal given to Timothée Espirito and an end to the persecution of trade unionists for their opinions, solidarity with the people of Palestine and the fight for peace.

We express solidarity with the people of Palestine, we express solidarity with Timothée Espirito. We defend the persecuted trade unionists.
