Eurof WFTU soutient inconditionnellement les travailleurs de Total energie et Exxon Mobil organisés avec la FNIC CGT en grève pour de fortes augmentations de salaires. La France est confrontée à une pénurie de carburant en raison de la grève compacte et totale des travailleurs des usines de Total Energie et Exxon mobil qui dure depuis plus d’une semaine maintenant. La principale revendication des grévistes est une augmentation rétroactive généralisée des salaires de 10% à partir de janvier et la taxation des bénéfices supplémentaires des compagnies pétrolières. Total a réalisé 11 milliards de bénéfices supplémentaires au cours des six premiers mois et 18 milliards pour le seul second semestre de 2022. Les longues files d’attente dans les stations-service, l’appel du gouvernement français aux entreprises pour qu’elles acceptent la demande d’augmentation salariale au centre de la longue grève en disent long sur la force d’une grève unie et déterminée. Le bureau européen de la Fédération syndicale mondiale soutient fermement la lutte et appelle toutes les organisations affiliées à se mobiliser et à soutenir les travailleurs organisés dans la FNIC CGT, une organisation syndicale affiliée au WFTU.

Eurof WFTU wholeheartedly supports Total energie and Exxon Mobil workers organised with the FNIC CGT on strike for strong wage increases. France is facing fuel shortages due to the compact all-out strike by Total Energie and Exxon mobil plant workers that has been going on for over a week now. The main demand of the striking workers is a generalised retroactive increase in wages of 10% from January and taxation of the oil companies’ extra profits. Total made 11 billion extra profits in the first six months and 18 billion in the second half of 2022 alone. The long queues at petrol stations, the French government’s appeal to the companies to accept the wage increase demand at the centre of the long strike say a lot about the strength of a united and determined strike. The European office of the World Trade Union Federation strongly supports the struggle and calls on all affiliated organisations to mobilise and support the workers organised in the FNIC CGT, a trade union organisation affiliated to the WFTU.

L’ufficio europeo della Federazione Sindacale Mondiale sostiene con forza la lotta e invita tutte le organizzazioni affiliate a mobilitarsi e a sostenere i lavoratori organizzati nella FNIC CGT, organizzazione sindacale di categoria affiliata alla Fsm.
