11 December will be general strike in Portugal against the reforms prepared by the government in accordance with the European Union’s austerity principles, which are being implemented across Europe.
There is a war against the working class all around Europe, increased working hours, easier dismissals, attacks on the right to strike and collective bargaining, job insecurity and welfare cuts. These measures have already led to general strikes with large numbers of participants in Italy, Greece and France.
There is only one way to stop this process against the workers and people, the struggles.
