Militant, class-oriented activities are organized all over the world on September 1st, under the slogan โMore expenditures for healthcare, education, and social security and not for NATO weapons and imperialist interventionsโ, on the occasion of the International Action Day of Trade Unions for Peace established by the WFTU.
WFTU members and friends in all continents through their activities condemned once again the imperialist wars and strongly demanded an immediate cessation of imperialist interventions, embargoes, and sanctions, reiterating the demands for the dissolution of NATO and the dismantling of nuclear weapons.
