Tüvtürk İstanbul’da İşçi Kıyımını ve Sendika Düşmanlığını
Tüvtürk Haraççı Taşıt Muayene İstasyonunun önünde Protesto Ettik
Tüvtürk İstanbul işvereninin, işçi ve sendika düşmanlığını protesto etmek için 20 Mart 2023 Pazartesi günü Tüvtürk Haraççı Taşıt Muayene İstasyonu’nun önünde eylem gerçekleştirdik. Tüvtürk Haraççı 2 Taşıt Muayene İstasyonu önünde biraya gelen sendikamız yönetici ve üyeleri, Tüvtürk Haraççı Taşıt Muayene İstasyonu önüne sloganlarla yürüyüşe geçti.
Eyleme Genel Başkanımız Ali Rıza Küçükosmanoğlu, sendika yönetici ve üyelerimiz, Tüvtürk İstanbul’da keyfi bir şekilde işten çıkarılan sendikamız üyeleri katıldı. Yapılan eylemde çok sayıda çevik kuvvetin olması dikkat çekiciydi.
150’ye yakın kişinin katıldığı eylemde, “Tüvtürk’te Sendika Düşmanlığına Son! Halkımızın Tüvtürk Araç Muayene İstasyonları Muayenelerine Yüzde 123, İşçilere Yüzde 75 Zam Yapıldı! Pankartları, “Atılan İşçiler Geri alınsın! Tüvtürk İş Kolu İtirazını Geri Çek!” Dövizleri, sendikamız ve DSF bayrak ve flamaları taşındı.
Eylemde Genel Başkanımız Ali Rıza Küçükosmanoğlu açıklama yaptı.
Küçükosmanoğlu, bugün buraya 10 yılı aşkın süreden beri örgütlü olduğumuz 5. Dönem toplu iş sözleşmesi yaptığımız, İstanbul Tüvtürk Taşıt Muayene İstasyonları İşletim A.Ş. İşverenliğinin işçi kıyımı ve sendika düşmanlığını protesto etmek için bir araya geldiğimizi söyledi.
Küçükosmanoğlu son yıllarda işverenin sistematik olarak İstanbul Tüvtürk çalışanlarını sendikasızlaştırmak için uğraştığını, bir taraftan sarı sendikalarla iş birliği yaptığını bir taraftan da sürekli sendikaya ihtiyaç olmadığına yönelik davranışlarda bulunduğunu, ücret artışları yaptığını ifade etti.
Küçükosmanoğlu, “İstanbul Tüvtürk İşvereninin keyfi olarak sürecin uzatılması için, İhtiyat-i Tedbir kararına rağmen Yetki Tespitini itiraz etmiştir” dedi.
Küçükosmanoğlu, İstanbul Tüvtürk İşverenliğinin sendikamızın %1 barajını olağanüstü mücadelesi ve örgütlülüğü ile kısa sürede aşması karşısında çaresiz kaldığını ifade etti. Bu sebeple sendikasızlaştırma mücadelesine devam eden Tüvtürk İşvereninin yeni bir yola giderek biri sendikamız eski işyeri temsilcisi olan 14 yılı aşkın süreden beri işletmede çalışan iki sendikamız üyesini 4857 Sayılı İş Kanunun 18. maddesine göre fazla istihdamdan dolayı işten çıkarmış olduğunu ve “fazla istihdam” gerekçesine rağmen yeni işçilerin işe alındığını söyledi.
Tüvtürk İşvereninin, Sendikamızın yıllardan beri tüm engellemelere karşı aşmış olduğu %1 iş kolu barajına itiraz ettiğini ifade eden Küçükosmanoğlu bu itirazın sadece Tüvtürk İstanbul’da çalışan işçilerin değil sendikamızın örgütlü olduğu birçok işyerinden binlerce işçinin toplu iş sözleşmesi hakkına müdahale etmek demek olduğunu söyledi.
Küçükosmanoğlu, İstanbul Tüvtürk’te çalışanların tamamına yakınının sendikamız üyesi olduğunu ve işletmede 6. Dönem toplu iş sözleşmesi için yetki başvurusu yapıldığını ifade etti. Küçükosmaoğlu sözlerine, yeni dönem toplu iş sözleşmesinin de sendikamız tarafından yapılacağını ekledi.
Küçükosmanoğlu, Tüvtürk İstanbul işverenini atılan işçileri geri almaya, işçilerin sendikal tercihlerine, toplu iş sözleşmesi sürecine saygı göstermeye, iş kolu itirazını geri çekmeye çağırıyoruz diyerek ve eylemlerimizin devam edeceğini bir kez daha vurgulayarak sonlandırdı.

Tüvtürk Worker Slaughter and Union Hostility in Istanbul
We Protested in front of Tüvtürk Haraççı Vehicle Inspection Station
We held a demonstration in front of Tüvtürk Haraççı Vehicle Inspection Station on Monday, 20 March 2023 to protest the hostility of the Tüvtürk Istanbul employer towards workers and trade unions. The executives and members of our union gathered in front of Tüvtürk Haraççı 2 Vehicle Inspection Station and marched with slogans to Tüvtürk Haraççı Vehicle Inspection Station.
Our General President Ali Rıza Küçükosmanoğlu, union executives and members, members of our union who were arbitrarily dismissed from their jobs at Tüvtürk Istanbul participated in the protest. It was noteworthy that there was a large number of riot police at the demonstration.
Nearly 150 people participated in the demonstration with the slogan “End Union Hostility at Tüvtürk! Tüvtürk Vehicle Inspection Stations Inspections of our people were increased by 123 per cent and workers were increased by 75 per cent! “Let the Dismissed Workers Back! Withdraw the Tüvtürk Labour Appeal!” Our union and DSF flags and pennants were carried.
Our General President Ali Rıza Küçükosmanoğlu made a statement at the action.
Küçükosmanoğlu said that we have come together today to protest the slaughter of workers and union hostility of the employer of Istanbul Tüvtürk Taşıt Muayene İstasyonları İşletim A.Ş., where we have been organised for more than 10 years and with which we have a 5th term collective bargaining agreement.
Küçükosmanoğlu stated that in recent years, the employer has been systematically trying to de-unionise Istanbul Tüvtürk employees, on the one hand cooperating with yellow unions, on the other hand constantly behaving in such a way that there is no need for a union and increasing wages.
Küçükosmanoğlu said, “In order to arbitrarily prolong the process, the Istanbul Tüvtürk Employer objected to the Authorisation Determination despite the Precautionary Measure decision.”
Küçükosmanoğlu stated that the Istanbul Tüvtürk Employer was helpless in the face of the fact that our union overcame the 1% threshold in a short time with its extraordinary struggle and organisation. For this reason, he said that the Tüvtürk Employer, which continues its struggle for deunionisation, has taken a new path and dismissed two members of our union, one of whom is a former workplace representative of our union, who have been working in the enterprise for more than 14 years, due to overemployment according to Article 18 of the Labour Law No. 4857, and that new workers were hired despite the “overemployment” justification.
Küçükosmanoğlu stated that the Tüvtürk Employer objected to the 1% work branch threshold that our union had overcome against all obstacles for years and said that this objection meant interfering with the right to collective bargaining not only of the workers working at Tüvtürk Istanbul but also of thousands of workers from many workplaces where our union is organised.
Küçükosmanoğlu stated that almost all of the employees of Istanbul TÜVtürk are members of our union and that an authorisation application for the 6th term collective bargaining agreement has been made. Küçükosmanoğlu added that the collective labour agreement for the new term will be concluded by our union.
Küçükosmanoğlu concluded his speech by saying that we call on the Tüvtürk Istanbul employer to take back the dismissed workers, to respect the union preferences of the workers, the collective labour agreement process, to withdraw the objection to the branch of work and emphasised once again that our actions will continue.
After the speech of our General President, Doğan Çıkrıkçı and Turan Çakmak, workers dismissed from their jobs at Tüvtürk Istanbul, made speeches. Our action ended with slogans.20.03.2023
