The strike by ‘Wolt’ food company delivery drivers continues for the fifth day in Cyprus
The class-based trade union federation of PEO has been on the side of the striking delivery drivers from the very beginning of this struggle and is fighting with them for dignified work and against the working conditions resembling the Middle Ages.
PEO denounced the working conditions of the workers to the Labour Inspection Department, whose team went to the strike site and recorded all relevant information.
The workers, the overwhelming majority of whom are migrants, are determined, despite any possible pressure and threats to return to work, to continue their struggle until their just demands are met
