The USB (Unione Sindacale di Base Italia) supports your call for workers and trade unions worldwide to condemn the serious violation of international law perpetrated by the USA and the zionist regime against the Iranian people and their legitimate government, and calls on the International Labour Organisation (ILO) to intervene to ensure that no further harm is inflicted upon the workers and people of Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No justification can be accepted; the US and Israel have deliberately and without any reason broken off ongoing negotiations and launched a violent offensive which immediately targeted schools, hospitals and civilian homes, causing thousands of casualties, including hundreds of schoolchildren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is time to restore international law, to stop the terrorist actions of the USA and israel, and to guarantee the safety of workers and the Iranian people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
USB is committed to advocating within international organisations for the right to self-determination of all peoples and its firm opposition to any imperialist intervention aimed at overthrowing legitimate governments by force of arms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
