Israel’s announced troop assault on Gaza, which began just as the UN Assembly was voting on a resolution by 22 Arab countries calling for a ceasefire, is indiscriminately targeting everyone in the territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This time the Israeli army, backed by the US and the EU, is not even playing the usual charade of an “operation surgical” in search of “terrorists”, but is relentlessly bombing hospitals, schools, shelters and residential areas. The Western chancelleries, when they are not blowing fire, do not lift a finger to demand an end to the slaughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
THERE SHOULD BE SILENCE WHEN CHILDREN ARE SLEEPING, NOT WHEN THEY ARE DYING.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
EUROF – the European Regional Office of the WFTU – calls for an immediate ceasefire, an end to the massacre of the Palestinian people, the immediate opening of humanitarian corridors and the lifting of the siege as preparatory acts for peace and the definitive recognition of the right of the Palestinian people to have their own state with East Jerusalem as its capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under these slogans, the EUROF WTU calls on the class and anti-imperialist trade union organisations to support every demonstration in their countries in support of the Palestinian people and to mobilise to put pressure on their governments to take positions condemning the massacre and calling for an immediate ceasefire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questa volta l’esercito Israeliano, forte dell’appoggio di USA e UE, non sta neanche recitando la consueta farsa dell'”Operazione chirurgica” alla ricerca dei “terroristi” ma bombarda incessantemente ospedali, scuole, rifugi e zone residenziali. Le Cancellerie occidentali, quando non soffiano sul fuoco, non muovono un dito per pretendere la fine del massacro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BISOGNA FAR SILENZIO QUANDO I BAMBINI DORMONO, NON QUANDO MUOIONO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
EUROF – l’Ufficio Regionale Europeo WFTU – chiede l’immediato cessate il fuoco, la fine del massacro del Popolo Palestinese, l’immediata apertura di corridoi umanitari, il ritiro dell’assedio come atti propedeutici alla pace e al riconoscimento definitivo del diritto del popolo Palestinese ad avere un proprio Stato con Gerusalemme Est Capiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Su queste parole d’ordine Eurof WFTU invita le organizzazioni sindacali di classe e antimperialiste a sostenere nei propri Paesi ogni manifestazione a sostegno del Popolo Palestinese e a mobilitarsi per fare pressione sui propri governi perch\u00e9 assumano posizioni di condanna del massacro e per l’immediato cessate il fuoco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EUROF -la Oficina Regional Europea de la FSM- exige un alto el fuego inmediato, el fin de la masacre del pueblo palestino, la apertura inmediata de corredores humanitarios y el levantamiento del asedio como actos preparatorios para la paz y el reconocimiento definitivo del derecho del pueblo palestino a tener su propio Estado con Jerusal\u00e9n Este como capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con estas consignas, la FSM Eurof invita a las organizaciones sindicales de clase y antiimperialistas a apoyar todas las manifestaciones en sus pa\u00edses en apoyo al pueblo palestino y a movilizarse para presionar a sus gobiernos para que adopten posiciones de condena de la masacre y a favor de un alto el fuego inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
