 Eyleme Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131z Ali R\u0131za K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu, sendika y\u00f6netici ve \u00fcyelerimiz, T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk \u0130stanbul\u2019da keyfi bir \u015fekilde i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan sendikam\u0131z \u00fcyeleri kat\u0131ld\u0131. Yap\u0131lan eylemde \u00e7ok say\u0131da \u00e7evik kuvvetin olmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekiciydi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

150\u2019ye yak\u0131n ki\u015finin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 eylemde, “T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk\u2019te Sendika D\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na Son! Halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Ara\u00e7 Muayene \u0130stasyonlar\u0131 Muayenelerine Y\u00fczde 123, \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilere Y\u00fczde 75 Zam Yap\u0131ld\u0131! Pankartlar\u0131, “At\u0131lan \u0130\u015f\u00e7iler Geri al\u0131ns\u0131n! K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu, bug\u00fcn buraya 10 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcreden beri \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc oldu\u011fumuz 5. D\u00f6nem toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, \u0130stanbul T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Ta\u015f\u0131t Muayene \u0130stasyonlar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletim A.\u015e. \u0130\u015fverenli\u011finin i\u015f\u00e7i k\u0131y\u0131m\u0131 ve sendika d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 protesto etmek i\u00e7in bir araya geldi\u011fimizi s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu son y\u0131llarda i\u015fverenin sistematik olarak \u0130stanbul T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 sendikas\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bir taraftan sar\u0131 sendikalarla i\u015f birli\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir taraftan da s\u00fcrekli sendikaya ihtiya\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik davran\u0131\u015flarda bulundu\u011funu, \u00fccret art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu, “\u0130stanbul T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk \u0130\u015fvereninin keyfi olarak s\u00fcrecin uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u0130htiyat-i Tedbir karar\u0131na ra\u011fmen Yetki Tespitini itiraz etmi\u015ftir” dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu, \u0130stanbul T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk \u0130\u015fverenli\u011finin sendikam\u0131z\u0131n %1 baraj\u0131n\u0131 ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc m\u00fccadelesi ve \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede a\u015fmas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7aresiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Bu sebeple sendikas\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma m\u00fccadelesine devam eden T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk \u0130\u015fvereninin yeni bir yola giderek biri sendikam\u0131z eski i\u015fyeri temsilcisi olan 14 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n s\u00fcreden beri i\u015fletmede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan iki sendikam\u0131z \u00fcyesini 4857 Say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Kanunun 18. maddesine g\u00f6re fazla istihdamdan dolay\u0131 i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu ve “fazla istihdam” gerek\u00e7esine ra\u011fmen yeni i\u015f\u00e7ilerin i\u015fe al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk \u0130\u015fvereninin, Sendikam\u0131z\u0131n y\u0131llardan beri t\u00fcm engellemelere kar\u015f\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu %1 i\u015f kolu baraj\u0131na itiraz etti\u011fini ifade eden K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu bu itiraz\u0131n sadece T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk \u0130stanbul\u2019da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin de\u011fil sendikam\u0131z\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fc oldu\u011fu bir\u00e7ok i\u015fyerinden binlerce i\u015f\u00e7inin toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi hakk\u0131na m\u00fcdahale etmek demek oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu, \u0130stanbul T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk\u2019te \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n tamam\u0131na yak\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n sendikam\u0131z \u00fcyesi oldu\u011funu ve i\u015fletmede 6. D\u00f6nem toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in yetki ba\u015fvurusu yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmao\u011flu s\u00f6zlerine, yeni d\u00f6nem toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin de sendikam\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ekledi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu, T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk \u0130stanbul i\u015fverenini at\u0131lan i\u015f\u00e7ileri geri almaya, i\u015f\u00e7ilerin sendikal tercihlerine, toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi s\u00fcrecine sayg\u0131 g\u00f6stermeye, i\u015f kolu itiraz\u0131n\u0131 geri \u00e7ekmeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yoruz diyerek ve eylemlerimizin devam edece\u011fini bir kez daha vurgulayarak sonland\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Worker Slaughter and Union Hostility in Istanbul<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We Protested in front of T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Hara\u00e7\u00e7\u0131 Vehicle Inspection Station<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We held a demonstration in front of T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Hara\u00e7\u00e7\u0131 Vehicle Inspection Station on Monday, 20 March 2023 to protest the hostility of the T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Istanbul employer towards workers and trade unions. The executives and members of our union gathered in front of T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Hara\u00e7\u00e7\u0131 2 Vehicle Inspection Station and marched with slogans to T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Hara\u00e7\u00e7\u0131 Vehicle Inspection Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Our General President Ali R\u0131za K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu, union executives and members, members of our union who were arbitrarily dismissed from their jobs at T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Istanbul participated in the protest. It was noteworthy that there was a large number of riot police at the demonstration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nearly 150 people participated in the demonstration with the slogan “End Union Hostility at T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk! T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Vehicle Inspection Stations Inspections of our people were increased by 123 per cent and workers were increased by 75 per cent! “Let the Dismissed Workers Back! Withdraw the T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Labour Appeal!” Our union and DSF flags and pennants were carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our General President Ali R\u0131za K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu made a statement at the action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu said that we have come together today to protest the slaughter of workers and union hostility of the employer of Istanbul T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Ta\u015f\u0131t Muayene \u0130stasyonlar\u0131 \u0130\u015fletim A.\u015e., where we have been organised for more than 10 years and with which we have a 5th term collective bargaining agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu stated that in recent years, the employer has been systematically trying to de-unionise Istanbul T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk employees, on the one hand cooperating with yellow unions, on the other hand constantly behaving in such a way that there is no need for a union and increasing wages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu said, “In order to arbitrarily prolong the process, the Istanbul T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Employer objected to the Authorisation Determination despite the Precautionary Measure decision.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu stated that the Istanbul T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Employer was helpless in the face of the fact that our union overcame the 1% threshold in a short time with its extraordinary struggle and organisation. For this reason, he said that the T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Employer, which continues its struggle for deunionisation, has taken a new path and dismissed two members of our union, one of whom is a former workplace representative of our union, who have been working in the enterprise for more than 14 years, due to overemployment according to Article 18 of the Labour Law No. 4857, and that new workers were hired despite the “overemployment” justification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu stated that the T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Employer objected to the 1% work branch threshold that our union had overcome against all obstacles for years and said that this objection meant interfering with the right to collective bargaining not only of the workers working at T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Istanbul but also of thousands of workers from many workplaces where our union is organised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu stated that almost all of the employees of Istanbul T\u00dcVt\u00fcrk are members of our union and that an authorisation application for the 6th term collective bargaining agreement has been made. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu added that the collective labour agreement for the new term will be concluded by our union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckosmano\u011flu concluded his speech by saying that we call on the T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Istanbul employer to take back the dismissed workers, to respect the union preferences of the workers, the collective labour agreement process, to withdraw the objection to the branch of work and emphasised once again that our actions will continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the speech of our General President, Do\u011fan \u00c7\u0131kr\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 and Turan \u00c7akmak, workers dismissed from their jobs at T\u00fcvt\u00fcrk Istanbul, made speeches. Our action ended with slogans.20.03.2023<\/p>\n\n\n\n
